ez Home Search, Inc. doing business as Sure Send is committed to combating illegal robocalls, fraudulent activities, and other abusive uses of telecommunications services. This policy outlines requirements Sure Send clients must follow when utilizing the network for outbound voice traffic.

Adherence is a condition of service, and noncompliance may result in suspension.

Key Requirements

1. Prohibition of Illegal Robocalls & Unlawful Telemarketing

Users cannot originate calls violating federal or state telemarketing laws, including the TCPA, TSR, or state Do Not Call requirements. This covers calls using automatic dialing systems or prerecorded voices without legally required prior express consent.

2. Customer Responsibility for Consent

Clients bear sole responsibility for obtaining and maintaining necessary prior express consent from all called parties as required by applicable laws. Verifiable proof of consent must be provided upon request.

3. Prohibition of Fraudulent and Abusive Use

Services cannot be used for fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or illegal purposes, including scams, phishing, illegal debt collection, or network disruption activities.

4. Cooperation with Investigations & Compliance

Users must promptly cooperate with requests for information from Sure Send, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies regarding call traffic, origination, consent, and compliance documentation.

5. Accurate Customer Data

Clients must provide and maintain accurate, complete, current identification and contact information, promptly communicating any changes.

6. Consequences of Violation

Noncompliance may result in immediate service suspension or termination without notice, legal action, civil penalties, and reporting to authorities. Sure Send reserves rights to block, filter, or reroute noncompliant traffic.
