ez Home Search, Inc. doing business as Sure Send ("Sure Send", "Company", "we", or "us") provides a platform and tools to enable Company's clients ("Clients", "you", or "your") to handle lead management and communications to Client's customers ("Customers") ("Platform", "Service" or "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent in how we handle your Personal Information (as defined below) during your use of the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to Client's personal information we collect in the course of our business and provides information on our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and/or Confidential Information (as defined below) we receive from Clients. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customers unless otherwise specified.

The Platform acts as a Controller regarding the personal data of its direct Clients. However, the Platform acts as a Processor when handling the data of the Customers entered into the CRM by the Client. For this data, Client is the Controller, and, as such, the Client's privacy policy governs that data.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

1. How Do We Collect Information and What Information Do We Collect?

A. We collect information about you ("Personal Information") in a variety of ways:

For Client support: We use your Personal Information to provide support to you upon your request.

To improve the Services: Your Personal Information may be used for data analysis related to testing, modifying, improving or developing new products for the Service.

A. Rights for Consumers in Certain States

Your Right to Opt-Out of "Sale" or "Sharing" for Ads: We do not sell your Personal Information for money. However, some state laws define sharing information for advertising purposes as a "sale" or "share." To opt out of us using your information for these advertising purposes, please use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Information" link on our website or contact us using the details in the "Methods for Submission" section.
Your Rights to Access, Correct, and Delete Your Information: You have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information. We will handle your request as required by your state's privacy laws. Before we can do so, we will need to verify your identity. To make a request, you will need to log in to your account so we can verify who you are. If you don't have an account or can't log in, we may not be able to find any of your personal data, but we will do our best to help.

In some cases, we may have to decline a request, especially if we cannot verify your identity or find your information. We will only use the personal information you give us during this process to review and complete your request.

C. How We Respond to "Do Not Track"

Many states require websites to honor a consumer's browser level requests not to track. At present, we only respond to specific Universal Opt Out Mechanisms (UOOM) such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Accordingly, the Company currently does not take any action in response to UOOM signals other than GPC. 5. Data Security and Compliance

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

6. SMS/Text Messaging

From time to time, Sure Send may send SMS/text messages to users who have provided consent. These messages may include account notifications, appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-up communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share SMS opt-in consent data or mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Google User Data and API Services

Sure Send Deliverability Suite integrates with Google Postmaster Tools to help you monitor the deliverability of email your organization sends. When you connect your Google account — and only with your explicit authorization — we request read-only access to your Google Postmaster Tools data.

What we access: aggregated, domain-level deliverability metrics such as spam rate, domain and IP reputation, authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), feedback-loop data, and delivery error rates. We do not access the content of your emails, your mailbox, or your contacts.

How we use it: solely to display email deliverability analytics, reporting, and recommendations to you within the Sure Send Deliverability Suite application.

Sharing: We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service to you or as required by law.

Retention and deletion: We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You may disconnect the integration at any time, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us using the details below or by revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sure Send Deliverability Suite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
